ASSESSMENT APPEAL PROCEDURE

Situations may arise whereby a trainee is unhappy with the assessment outcome:

  • They may disagree with the amount of credit they have been awarded.
  • They may disagree.
  • With your decision that they are not yet competent with a unit standard.
  • They may feel disadvantaged because of the assessment process.

In these situations the trainee has the right of appeal. This means that they can ask for the assessment decision to be reviewed. The procedure is listed below otherwise please contact your Industry Training Adviser. For further information on Sfritos complaints policy please click here.
