Admin Support Team

The Admin Support Team is a team of 6 members based in the Wellington office and is managed by the Business Manager - Leona van der Heyden. 

	Jay Weerappulige – IT & Database Manager Jay joined Sfrito in 1998 after obtaining a National Diploma in Advance Business Computing at CIT in Upper Hutt.  He is responsible for the development and maintenance of Sfrito’s database, ‘Te Pataka’, as well as all internal information systems, computers and software. Prior to Sfrito, Jay has worked as a Civil Engineer in Sri Lanka for about 10 years. He is very passionate about cricket, and supports Sri Lanka and the Black Caps (in that order).
	Jacinta Handscomb – Business Information Coordinator Jacinta joined Sfrito in 2004.  She liaises with NZQA and TEC with respect to all Sfrito’s reporting requirements for these two important government agencies, and supports staff with their queries, general training needs and the day-to-day management of Sfrito’s database. Jacinta is also a member of the internal information systems development group, along with Jay and Seamus. Jacinta completed a Bachelor of Business Studies from Massey University, majoring in Sport Management in 2001.  She is an avid spectator of many sports, in particular rugby, and participates in touch rugby and indoor netball – when allowed to escape from the clutches of painting and decorating her current housing project.
	Seamus Pomeroy-Lovatt - Trainee Support Administrator Seamus joined Sfrito in 200?  He supports Jay in the information systems management role and is responsible for coordinating all data entry. Seamus also developed Sfrito’s Intranet. Seamus is currently studying towards his MSCE (Microsoft) and CCNA (Cisco) qualifications.
	Bridie Rees – Business Development Team Administrator Bridie joined Sfrito in 2006. She is Sfrito’s Wellington Head Office Receptionist and supports administration requirements for the Business Development team.  Bridie also manages staff travel requests and assists with all aspects of Sfrito functions when necessary.  Outside the office environment she is keen on using her camera on landscapes, people and fascinating objects and when not keeping fit walking Wellington’s Waterfront, is happy catching up with the latest movies and sporting events.
	Dhanisha Nath – Operations Team Administrator Dhanisha joined Sfrito in November 2006. She provides administration and general office support to for the teams and team members across the organisation.  Over the years Dhanisha has worked in various roles. Starting off in retail and then working in the Hospitality Industry for 2 years while over in the UK on her OE/Working holiday. After her UK stint she worked for New Zealand Food Safety Authority in the Auckland Dairy Certification Unit as an Assurance Officer for 3 years and then worked for 9 months in the Patient Infomation Department at the Wellington Hospital. During her spare time she likes to keep fit and socialise.
